Shipping and returns

We ship across Italy by express courier. Your order leaves within one working day of confirmation and arrives in 2–4 giorni lavorativi; when it ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping is free on orders of €90 and over. Below that it costs €5.90, shown clearly in the summary before you confirm.

You have 30 days from delivery to return a garment, free of charge. It must be in the condition you received it, with the tag still attached. The refund is credited to the same payment method within fourteen days of the parcel arriving back.

For a change of size or colour, the quickest way is a return and a new order: the garment you want ships right away, without waiting for the other to come back.

If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one. OOMA volumes are generous by design, and heavyweight cotton and linen soften with wear.
